Welcome to the New 2008 Tournament Season. We run the Tournaments to try and give something back to our customers and have subsequently developed new FLASH and download versions that work the same as our Real Casino models. Log in is easy and there are no registration forms to fill in, everything is automatic and authenticates your login information on entry.

Our Tournaments have different profiles this time round. Some will be "Free to Enter" Tournaments and offer prizes in "Free Play Bonus Money", whilst others will have an "Entrance Fee" with their prizes being paid in Real Money.

Tournaments will vary in the Prizes offered and the games that will attract those prizes, please check out the information for each Tournament so that you know all the details, remember, some will be Free and off Free Play Bonus money and some will have an Entrance Fee but will pay Real Money prizes..

We are not running a SOSCasinoMaster Prize for 2008, as we will only have 6 months of Tournaments, however, we will be running the SOSCasinoMasters for 2009.

The money that is allocated for Tournament Play is dependant on the Tournament and will be issued immediately on successful login. Details can be found in each Tournament page.

PAYMENT OF PRIZE MONIES - THE ORDER - REVISION TO RULES EFFECTIVE 1ST AUGUST 2008
Prizes are allocated in a specific order with the Highest Value Prize allocated first. Remaining prizes are allocated in the order from left to right on the Tournament Rankings Chart for the specific Tournament. Lowest Value prizes obviously paid last. Prize money is paid as FREE PLAY PRIZE MONEY in the winners FREE BONUS ACCOUNT at SOSCASINO and cannot be withdrawn only played. Any real winnings from the use of this free play money can be withdrawn. The system is automated and will automatically convert FREE PLAY BONUS MONEY into real money as you play in the casino. Any real winnings or conversions will be automatically withdrawn on exit. Any free play bonus still in the casino will be available the next time you enter and will be automatically added to your account balance.

ACCUMULATED WINNINGS
Accumulated Winnings is the TOTAL amount of winnings received by the player in his/her account. Accumulated winnings are exactly that, they DO NOT include any wagers that are paid back to the account, therefore if you receive a push and receive back your wager this is NOT ADDED to your accumulated winnings.

WAGERING LIMITS AND COIN VALUES
We have set the coin values on the Slot Machines and Video Poker games.

Three Line Slot        max coins 3      values $5, $25 and $100    maximum bet $300
Five Line Slot          max coins 5      values $5, $25 and $100      maximum bet $500

TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION
YOU DO NOT NEED TO OPEN A TOURNAMENT ACCOUNT TO PLAY.....
Changes that we have made to the system include the fact that you do not have to open a Tournament account anymore. The system recognises your account details when you log in using your normal account number with the login process being exactly the same

The money that you play with in the Tournament Casino is all FREE MONEY and NOTHING can be withdrawn. The object of the Tournament is to WIN as much as you can. It does not matter how much you lose or how much you wager (except for closing balance prizes), just HOW MUCH YOU WIN and that will be determined by adding together ALL your winnings from EACH game that you play. This is called "accumulated winnings"

TOURNAMENT RANKINGS
Tournament Rankings are available LIVE and up to the minute. Just click the button in the bottom left corner of the casino, "Tournament Rankings" to get the latest information on your accumulated winnings and those of the other players in the tournament. The Live Rankings ONLY displays information relating to those players that have played in the tournament up to that time. There will be a note of how many accounts are active for the tournament though they may not all be used. During the Tournaments, the Casino Director (Glynn G) and the Technical Manager (Myrvin D) will participate as if they were players using the same rules and conditions, however, even though they will be listed in the Tournament Rankings, they are NOT eligible to win any of the prizes listed and information to this effect is detailed at the bottom of the Tournament Rankings page. This also applies to any test account that is used and identified as a test account. Test accounts are used to simulate active authenticated casino play and also to provide training for employees.

MINIMUM WAGERING REQUIREMENTS
For the remaining account balance to be eligible for the HIGHEST ACCOUNT BALANCE AT CLOSE prize, you must have wagered the stipulated amount, check specific tournament rules for information. Any Tournament account wagering over this amount is eligible for the cash prize.

OTHER RULES
Players can win ONE PRIZE ONLY. In the case of a player winning multiple categories, the highest value prize will be paid with any subsequent prizes being awarded to the next eligible player in the Tournament. If two prizes are of the same value the prize with the highest accumulated win will be awarded. If we have 8 prizes available then eight players will win. Players in the Tournament MUST have an active account with SOS or CaribSports. If a winner is a CaribSports player the Free Play Prize winnings will be added to the Bonus/Rebate account at CaribSports for use at SOSCasino. No recent history (past three months) of account activity at SOS or CaribSports will cancel eligibility for winning any prizes. All Progressive Jackpot Winnings are not real and therefore will not be paid in real money. The winning amount will be added to the Tournament account balance of the winning player.

Tournaments at SOSCasino are open ONLY to registered active account holders at either SOS Sportsbook or its sister CaribSports, and are not open to the general public. Registered account holders at SOS and CaribSports may only hold and play with ONE TOURNAMENT account. Any player found playing with two or more accounts will be disqualified from winning any prize money. SOSCasino game logs are final and binding and the results of the Tournament as displayed in the Live Tournament Rankings will be the final result on which any prizes are paid (see above conditions).During the Tournaments, the Casino Director and the Technical Manager will participate as if they were players using the same rules and conditions, however, they are NOT eligible to win any of the prizes listed and information to this effect is detailed at the bottom of the Tournament Rankings page.
