Identification
By registering and opening an account with SOS, the Player understands, agrees to, becomes a party to, and shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions stated in this and other documents pertaining to the Casino, the Sportsbook and the Websites.

SOS reserves the right to change some or all rules, regulations, terms and conditions at any time. The player is strongly urged to review the House Rules regularly for the most current rules. Use of your account after a change in rules constitutes your acceptance of both new and updated rules.

By registering and opening an account with SOS, the Player agrees that the material within the Website or related software and documents is not objectionable, indecent, offensive or unfair.

The Player holds SOS and its employees, sub-contractors, agents, shareholders, retailers, management and any other associated party harmless and indemnify the same of any legal ramifications whatsoever, without limitation, that may arise from entry, use or reuse of Website, the Casino, the Sportsbook and all related materials.

Participation of the Player is strictly voluntary, and the Player is not in any way required to play Casino games and such participation is at the Player's sole option, discretion and risk.

Types of Play
There are two types of games that you can play when playing in the SOS Casino: REAL PLAY and FREE PLAY.

REAL PLAY, using real funds, is prohibited in certain Countries and States, but residents of those Countries and States can play for fun. Any resident or person of the prohibited countries and states shall not be entitled to receive any thing of value whatsoever as the result of playing at the "REAL PLAY" Casino.

Accepting Prizes
By accepting prizes from SOS, winners grant permission to SOS to use their First Name and Last Initial for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Please note that at no time will your real name, address, phone number, or birth date information be released to others without your consent, provided that you do not use your real name as your Account Number.

Accepting Large Winnings
Any Jackpot (or winnings over $25,000) is paid out in installments over a period of time to a maximum of $25,000 per month, with the initial payment of $25,000 paid within seven business days. Where possible, all funds will be initially credited back using the same method as deposited with subsequent payments made by Bankers Draft, Wire Transfer. Proof of Identification and eligibility will be requested.

Accepting Bonuses
SOS at certain times of the year may make Bonus payments to players dependant upon promotions, advertising and marketing exercises in play at that time. Proof of Identity
In the event of a dispute about the identity of any player, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.

"Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an Account by an authorised Customer Sevice Representative. A potential winner may be required to provide the sponsors with the proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder associated with the winning entry.

In order to fully establish a Player's identity, we discourage the same player from signing up multiple times.

It is incumbent upon the Player not to disclose their personal Account Number and more importantly their InetPin (password) to any person. If SOS finds that this information was shared with a third party, the Authorized Account holder may be held responsible for any misconduct or dispute that may arise related to the sharing of a User Name and Password.

Age Requirements
You must be of legal age to participate. The legal age for gambling is 18 years old. Your date of birth may be required to establish eligibility.

Taxes
The Player is solely responsible for paying taxes in accordance with the laws that apply in the Player's country of residence. It is up to the Player to seek information on such tax requirements. SOS is not responsible and is not required to report to any government, the details of a Player's gains or losses for the purpose of taxation

Credit Limits

Liability
SOS, or any subsidiary or affiliated company of any of the foregoing, is not in any way responsible or liable for any damage, loss or injury including death resulting from computer or technical malfunctions, errors, bugs, or late, lost, or misdirected entries, or acceptance and use of the prize(s).

Winners and their guests assume liability for any injuries or any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the game, or by any prize awarded hereunder.

The Player is subject to all laws of the state, province and/or country of residence and is solely responsible for understanding and adhering to those laws. The Casino will not be held liable if the laws in the location where the Player intends to participate or is participating restrict or prohibit such activity.

SOS makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to the legal right for the Player to participate in the Casino's games, nor shall any of SOS's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers, or stock holders have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.

SOS assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. SOS is not in any way responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the Player's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading of any materials related to SOS or the Casino.

By registering and opening an account with SOS, the Player agrees to refuse access of any other person or third party including, but not limited to, any minor, to the Player's account or to allow access to any third party or minor to the Casino website or any related material, to accept any winnings, or to participate in any Casino games.

Rights of Refusal
SOS, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse admission to any or all Casino games. SOS also reserves the right to close any game to any Player so long as the Player is not involved with an actual game in progress (the Casino may only close a game upon completion of any bet in progress).

SOS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close the Player's account for any reason and issue compensation based upon the balance of credits in the Player's account at the time of closing.

Any attempt to defraud SOS through the misuse of credit cards regardless of the outcome, or any failure of the Player to honor credit card charges and/or requests for payment will result in immediate suspension of use of the Casino and of the Player's account and the Player may be subject to prosecution by international law enforcement agencies.

Any attempt to defraud SOS by misrepresenting the address of your primary residence may result in suspension from the casino.

Tampering or Interference
Any unauthorized attempt to access systems or to interfere with the standard procedure and performance of any part of the Casino, whether it be electronic, manual, mechanical, or digital, is subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Any Player convicted of such interference will forfeit the balance of their SOS accounts and be deemed ineligible from winning any tournament prizes and be banned from re-entering the Casino.

Use of the Casino will be voided if there is evidence of any unauthorized tampering, counterfeiting, mutilating, forging, or altering of the Casino or related materials by any means or if any materials are deemed illegible, mechanically, or electronically reproduced, obtained outside approved legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical electronic or any other errors.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the SOS website or undermine the legitimate operation of any game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, SOS reserves the right to prosecute and seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Eligibility
SOS prohibits all employees of SOS, employees of SOS's subsidiaries and associated companies, and their immediate families, or those living in the same households from collecting winnings or contest prizes in the casino.
